Geeky Domain sells collectible trading card products, graded cards, sealed products, accessories, merch, and educational content related to trading card games and collectibles.

Some product links on Geeky Domain may direct you to third-party marketplaces, including our TCGplayer storefront. Purchases made through third-party marketplaces are subject to that marketplace’s own terms, checkout process, shipping policies, return policies, and customer support procedures.

2. Shopify Store Purchases

Products purchased directly through Geeky Domain’s Shopify store are processed by Geeky Domain through our website checkout.

These may include, but are not limited to:

  • graded cards and slabs
  • sealed trading card products
  • accessories
  • apparel and merch
  • curated bundles
  • storage and protection products
  • other collectible or hobby-related items

By placing an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. TCGplayer Singles

Trading card singles may be linked from Geeky Domain but sold through our TCGplayer storefront.

Singles purchased through TCGplayer are not processed through Geeky Domain’s Shopify checkout and are not governed by Geeky Domain’s Shopify return, refund, shipping, or order support policies.

For issues involving TCGplayer orders, including shipping, condition disputes, cancellations, returns, or refunds, please use TCGplayer’s order support process.

4. Product Information and Collectible Condition

We do our best to describe products accurately, including product type, condition, grading company, certification details, sealed status, included items, and visible flaws where applicable.

However, collectible products may have natural variations, including:

  • minor slab case scuffs or surface marks
  • factory print variation
  • centering differences
  • packaging imperfections
  • normal shelf wear
  • minor cosmetic flaws
  • manufacturer inconsistencies
  • differences in how condition is interpreted by grading companies, buyers, or collectors

For graded cards, the grade shown in the listing is the grade assigned by the applicable third-party grading company, such as PSA, BGS, CGC, or another grading service. Geeky Domain does not guarantee that another grading company, buyer, or future reviewer would assign the same grade.

5. Graded Cards and Slabs

Graded cards and slabs are sold as specific collectible items based on the information shown in the listing.

By purchasing a graded card, you acknowledge that:

  • grading is an opinion provided by a third-party grading company
  • slab cases may show minor cosmetic wear unless otherwise noted
  • market values can change after purchase
  • certification details should be reviewed before purchase
  • returns are limited according to our Return & Refund Policy

Geeky Domain is not responsible for changes in market value after purchase.

6. Sealed Trading Card Products

Sealed products may include booster boxes, packs, starter decks, blisters, collector products, bundles, and other factory-sealed items.

By purchasing sealed product, you acknowledge that:

  • pull rates are not guaranteed
  • specific cards are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated
  • expected value may vary
  • sealed product values may change over time
  • opened, altered, resealed, or tampered-with products are not eligible for return

We do not guarantee any specific pull result, grade potential, resale value, or investment outcome.

7. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update prices, correct errors, change product availability, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time.

Because collectible products can be limited, one-of-a-kind, or market-sensitive, inventory may change quickly. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability until checkout is completed and the order is confirmed.

If an item is unavailable after purchase due to an inventory issue, listing error, or fulfillment issue, we may cancel the affected item and issue a refund.

8. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Receiving an order confirmation does not mean that an order has been fully accepted or fulfilled.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • suspected fraud
  • payment issues
  • inventory errors
  • pricing errors
  • shipping restrictions
  • abuse of promotions
  • suspicious purchasing behavior
  • incorrect product information

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the canceled item or order.

9. Shipping

Shipping options, delivery estimates, and shipping costs are displayed at checkout when available.

We do our best to ship orders within the stated processing window. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Geeky Domain is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

10. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss may pass to the customer once an order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, as shown by the carrier’s tracking or delivery confirmation.

If an order is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier and notify us as soon as possible so we can review the situation.

For high-value collectible items, we may require tracking, insurance, signature confirmation, or additional verification before shipment.

11. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Because many items sold by Geeky Domain are collectible, limited, condition-sensitive, market-sensitive, or individually listed, some products may be final sale or subject to limited return eligibility.

12. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us promptly with your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a description of the issue.

Please keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved, as they may be needed for carrier claims or review.

We may require photos, documentation, return of the item, carrier inspection, or other reasonable steps before issuing a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

13. Promotions, Discounts, and Store Credit

Promotions, discount codes, and store credit may be subject to additional rules, expiration dates, exclusions, or limitations.

Discounts may not apply to all products and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time.

Geeky Domain may publish articles, guides, recommendations, market commentary, strategy content, collector resources, and buying guides.

Our site may include links to third-party websites, marketplaces, platforms, tools, or services, including TCGplayer.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, accuracy, checkout process, pricing, shipping, returns, customer service, or practices of third-party websites.

When you leave Geeky Domain and purchase from a third-party marketplace, your transaction is with that third party and is governed by that third party’s terms and policies.
