Return & Refund Policy
At Geeky Domain, we sell collectible trading card products, graded cards, sealed product, accessories, merch, and related items. Because many collectible items are condition-sensitive, market-sensitive, limited, or individually listed, our return policy varies by product type.
Please review the policy below before placing an order.
Shopify Store Orders
This policy applies only to purchases made directly through Geeky Domain’s Shopify store.
Trading card singles purchased through our TCGplayer storefront are handled separately through TCGplayer and are subject to TCGplayer’s marketplace policies, order process, and support system.
Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in the same condition it was received. Items must also include all original packaging, tags, seals, cases, labels, inserts, and accessories where applicable.
Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
Graded Cards / Slabs
All graded cards and slabs are considered final sale, except in cases where:
- the wrong item was sent
- the item was damaged during shipping
- the listing materially misrepresented the item
- there is a verified authenticity or certification issue
Graded cards are sold based on the grade and certification shown in the listing. We do not accept returns because of buyer’s remorse, market price changes, disagreement with the assigned grade, or preference after delivery.
Minor case scuffs, light surface marks on the slab case, or normal grading-holder imperfections may be present unless otherwise noted in the listing.
Sealed Trading Card Products
Sealed trading card products are generally final sale once shipped.
This includes booster boxes, starter decks, sealed packs, blisters, collector products, bundles containing sealed product, and similar items.
Returns may only be considered if the product is unopened, factory sealed, untampered with, and approved for return before being sent back. Opened, altered, resealed, damaged, or tampered-with sealed products cannot be returned.
We do not accept returns on sealed product due to pull results, expected value, market changes, buyer’s remorse, or preference after purchase.
Accessories
Accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Opened or used accessories may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Apparel, Merch, and Print Items
Apparel and merch may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition.
Items with signs of wear, washing, damage, odors, stains, or missing tags/packaging may not be accepted.
If an item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can review the issue.
Bundles and Curated Lots
Curated bundles, mystery-style bundles, discounted lots, and mixed collectible lots are generally final sale unless the order arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially different from the listing.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- graded cards and slabs
- opened sealed product
- sale or clearance items
- gift cards
- digital products
- custom or limited-run items
- curated bundles or lots
- trading card singles purchased through TCGplayer
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- photos of the item
- photos of the packaging
- photos of any visible damage
- a brief description of the issue
Please keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved, as they may be needed for carrier claims.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank, card provider, or payment processor to post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or an item arrived damaged/incorrect.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or misrepresented item.
For approved returns involving collectibles, we recommend using tracked and insured shipping. Geeky Domain is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, or delivered without tracking confirmation.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have already been packed, fulfilled, or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it will be handled according to the return rules listed above.
Shipping Delays
We do our best to ship orders within the timeframe shown at checkout or in the product listing. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you with an update.
If we are unable to ship your order within the required timeframe, you may be given the option to accept the delay or receive a refund for the unshipped item.
TCGplayer Singles
Trading card singles linked from Geeky Domain may be sold through our TCGplayer storefront.
Orders placed through TCGplayer are not processed through Geeky Domain’s Shopify checkout and are not covered by this Shopify return policy. For issues with singles purchased on TCGplayer, please use TCGplayer’s order and support process.
